6-7 AM Judo 

5:30-6 PM Beginner Judo: Kids 6-12

6-7 PM Beginner Judo: Adults 13+ 

7-8 PM Comp Class: Advanced Rank or Instructor approval required

Tuesday: 

6 AM: Muay Thai/ Striking 

5:30-6 PM Wolf Pups (3-5) 

6-7 PM Kid's Judo: Wolf Cubs (6-12)

6-7 PM Teen/Adult Weightlifting

7-8:30 Adult Judo: Foundations

8:30-9 Randori

Wednesday: 

6-7 AM Judo

Noon- 1 pm Judo

6-8 PM Judo: Kumi Kata, Nagewaza (Throwing practice), Randori 

Thursday: 

6-7 AM BJJ Practice 

6-7 PM Kid's Judo Wolf Cubs

6-7 PM Teen/Adult Weightlifting

7-8:30 Adult (13+) Judo: Foundations

8:30-9 Randori

Friday: 

6-7 AM Judo

Noon- 1 pm Judo

6-7 PM Teen/Adult Weightlifting

6-7 PM Kids Randori (twice a month)

7-8 PM Adult Randori  

Saturday: 9 AM-11 AM Women's Only Judo

3-5 PM Judo (Taught in Spanish)

5-7 PM Randori 

Sundays: Club Closed, Reserved for private training sessions -
